Can I order kegs/casks?
Yes! You can order kegs from us. We stock a variety of KeyKegs, including Beavertown, The Kernel, Brew By Numbers. We cannot ship kegs, however, so collection will need to be arranged. We also have dispensers available for hire to serve beer from a keg. If interested in kegs, please email orders@bottle-shop.co.uk and we can give you prices, availability and other keg details.
We do serve cask from time to time in our shops but, unfortunatly, we do not sell casks for retail.
How much is shipping/delivery?
FREE SHIPPING is available on all UK mainland orders (excluding the Highlands and Islands) for orders over £100.
We aim to ship all orders within 5 working days from order confirmation with many being sent the same day. Delivery is via courier (APC, UK Mail or Parcelforce) and will need to be signed for by somebody at the delivery address. If there isn't anbody home then a card will be left with contact details for you to rearrange with the company to redeliver at a time that's convienient for you.
Minimum order value is £20.00 and UK carriage charges are as follows for up to 25kg parcels (25 kilos equates to roughly 24 bottles of 330ml beer. A mixed case including 500ml and 750ml will proportionately increase the cost of shipping).
Mainland England, Scotland and Wales: £5.00
Scottish Highlands: £15.00

European Delivery
Minimum order value is £20.00 and the following prices apply to order up to 25kg in weight. Orders exceeding 25kg will be contacted to confirm pricing before dispatch & you are responsible to ensure that alcoholic beverages are allowed in your country. All applicable taxes and fees imposed by the importing Government must be paid by the customer. Should local customs refuse to accept the beery package, The Bottle Shop will not be held responsible for any charges or delays incurred.

Can I return a beer? Or get a refund for a beer broken in transit?
Sure, if you're unhappy with the delivery once it's arrives then please contact us via email, or by calling us on the phone, within seven working days after it's received. The items must be returned in their original condition and packaging and we'll refund the value of your order minus the delivery costs. Ensuring the safe return of the package and postage cost will be the responsibility of the customer.
Breakages do occasionally happen no matter how careful we, or our courier partners, are. Please let us know straight away if there's anything broken and we'll refund you for the broken items.
